For the Little Osage River...including Fulton, Horton...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Little Osage River at Fulton. * WHEN...From this morning to late tonight. * IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Flood waters mainly affect farmland along the Little Osage River Basin between the gage site and Highway 31 west of Fulton. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 10.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this morning to 23.4 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late this evening to 5.2 feet early Wednesday afternoon. It will rise to 5.6 feet Thursday morning.
