Description:
At 1042 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Half Moon Bay, or 8 miles southwest of Belmont, moving northeast at
35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
San Mateo, Redwood City, Foster City, San Carlos, Belmont, Half
Moon Bay, Hillsborough, Atherton, Woodside, Highlands-Baywood Park,
North Fair Oaks, Highlands and Emerald Lake Hills.
